The Queen, in the Classical Chess, also called FERS, it has not been easy, in the beginning there was, instead, next to the King, was the vizier or Firz, counselor, a figure with little capability to move.
Throughout the centuries, this figure has been changing, this change was not immediate, culminated in Spain during the Renaissance, when women finally began to gain some prominence, when Queen Isabel the Catholic, allowed the Chess Queen the power of personality and movement that now has in normal chess, is from the time when chess started to improve even more in structure, agility of movement, thus extending the game situations and strategies.
